In his 30 years of experience Virgilio Pace has served in large pharmaceutical companies (Ciba-Geigy, Novartis) as well as in medium size companies or Contract Research Organisations. He holds a degree in veterinary medicine, is Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Pathology, and Fellow of the International Academy of Toxicologic Pathology.
His competences are in toxicological pathology, experimental pathology, preclinical development, regulatory toxicology and safety/risk assessment. The experience includes chemical and biological molecules, particularly biotherapeutics.
